Key Drivers of Digital Transformation in Greek Businesses: Strategy vs. Technology

Purpose: This article aims to assess strategy and technology as key drivers of Greek businesses’cdigital transformation compare the results those international studies sources. Methodology: A research was conducted on 124 businesses from different sectors industries with use an anonymous questionnaire December 2019 January 2020. were categorized early, developing, maturing according their perceptions about level digital maturity, differences identified. Findings: Several located among three maturity categories formulated after self-evaluation, evolution has been identified strategy, its existence, objectives, structure, which can be seen developing expanding lowest highest levels maturity.
